Sounds like Hillary had the DNC by their gender neutral naughty parts.
I believe the Nixon White House referred to this as the “modified limited hangout”.
This is Brazile saying that Hillary Clinton used the DNC to fund the Russian dossier because she was had an agreement between her fundraising group and the national committee giving her final say on how funds were distributed.
She didn’t say all that but she’s putting it out that they were broke and the $9.0-$12.0M sent to FusionGPS came from somewhere.
